Katherine Beeler is a licensed geologist/hydrogeologist and Certified Water Right Examiner in the state of Washington. She has worked with AESI since 2015, primarily on water right evaluations and transfers in Whatcom, Skagit, and King Counties, surface water and groundwater characterizations, and the development of a large-scale conceptual groundwater model of northwest Whatcom County and southwest British Columbia.
