Odessa groundwater right for sale, including 324 acre-feet of water for the irrigation of 143.4 acres under Certificate No. 5797-A (G3*08000CWRIS) are valid and available for transfer to new uses. The water right is available for transfer within the Odessa Subarea Aquifer (see map below), excluding the “Exclusion Zones” (in purple).

The water right is also available for transfer into the Odessa Groundwater Replacement Program (OGWRP) area in exchange for Columbia Basin Project water. Contact East Columbia Basin Irrigation District to confirm access to new laterals.
