Kelsey provides technical and project management support for a range of water conservation, water rights, and hydrogeological projects throughout Oregon and Washington. Her water right project experience includes facilitating acquisitions, sales and brokering negotiations, leading state-wide and small-scale due diligence evaluations, assisting in water right portfolio management, and completing complex water right transfers and trust water conveyances. Kelsey also brings unique expertise in incorporating innovative GIS, remote sensing, and data visualization methods with water rights initiatives.
