Five water rights on Tenmile Creek are for sale. These are decreed rights with priority dates ranging from 1865 to 1896. These five rights have a combined flow rate of 11.15 cfs, a historical diverted volume of 1,212.63 AF per year, and a historical consumed volume of 556.02 AF per year. Current use is temporary instream fishery with a historical use of irrigation of up to 395 total acres. Current place of use is the reach of Tenmile Creek between the Schatz headgate and the Williams Street Bridge. Depending on the project, these rights could potentially be changed to other purposes for diversion and use along Tenmile Creek between the Schatz Ditch diversion and Lake Helena.
