Russ Radliff is an experienced Water Rights Specialist with a longstanding history working in the private sector and in the public sector for the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) and Wyoming State Engineers Office (SEO). David Baldwin is a hydrogeologist and a registered professional geologist who has been working professionally since 1978. He manages projects and provides services in the fields of groundwater and surface water hydrogeology (groundwater exploration, well installation oversight, and aquifer testing, and groundwater modeling), water rights (analysis and permitting, adjudication, water marketing, development of mitigation plans), and asset mapping (GPS and GIS). Dave was a founding principal in Water Right Solutions, Inc. from 2000 until its merger with HydroSolutions, Inc in 2016.
