Oroville-Tonasket Irrigation District (OTID) Water Bank

Oroville-Tonasket Irrigation District (OTID) has surplus water in trust it is holding for long-term growth of its growers. OTID currently has about 7,500 acre-feet available, suitable for irrigation and other beneficial uses from April 1 to October 15, with the ability to re-time to year-round. Options exist for tailored terms and conditions that will suit a Lessee’s needs.

Water is available for use by Similkameen River (below Nighthawk) and mainstem Okanogan and Columbia River surface water users. Lower reaches of Okanogan River tributaries and groundwater users may also qualify, pending evaluation.
